		<description>Jitterbug is famous, but my mother trusts Just5 phone. I find it queer at first but she explained to me that she wants a simpler and less intricate cell phone. In her fascination to Just5 phone, she also ordered one for my Uncle, his older brother. I would say that my mother is really an expert when buying things. A month ago, my Uncle slipped on the tiles of their house, he was all alone during that time so there’s no one to call. He told us that he really felt bad that time so he can’t help himself to stand. Good thing, the phone is in his pocket so he was immediately able to automatically call my mother by simply pressing its emergency S.O.S button. 

Until now, I’m amazed with the capability of Just5 phone—a very simple phone that can make wonder. IT SAVES LIFE. So, I’ll also go for Just5 phone. It never fails, especially that it has a longer battery life span as compared to other cell phones for seniors.

ChuckEgg&#039;s reply.  I suspect you may be a representative for Just5, still the just5 does look ideal for people who want a simple cell phone.   Unfortunately, it&#039;s not available in Michigan, where I live, but it may be available to others.</description>

These two combined means she has had difficulty learning to use it.  The one complaint, that you think she wouldn&#039;t have disliked, is when the phone opening to ask if who you want to call in voice activated mode.  It drives her buggy and she refuses to speak a name.  I have taught her how to by pass this feature now and she does use the phone on a limited basis.  The other issue for her was remembering to dial the area code for all numbers.  All in all this is a great service but some of the population is so technophobic that it&#039;s simplicity is still not simple enough.</description>
